How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 business days , depending on your location.
Please note: at Beaulore, we don't keep any inventory. Each product is made to order and with care. This on-demand approach helps prevent waste and contributes to sustainable business practices. This way, we only produce what's truly necessary, respecting both the planet and your patience.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, unused products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. They must be in their original condition and packaging. Visit our Returns page for more information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL and credit cards as payment methods.
How do I request a return?
You can request a return via our contact form. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will assist you.
My product arrived damaged. What now?
We apologize! Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include a photo of the damaged item. We'll make sure it's fixed.
